Agroturismo Lebredo is an organic farm in Villacondide, in the municipality of Coaña, Asturias. J. Antonio Lebredo's farm grows cider apples under the DOP Sidra de Asturias seal and raises gochos asturcelta, an endangered native Asturian pig breed that roams freely under the apple trees and in an adjoining wood of chestnut and oak. The holding also includes a plantation of mycorrhizal chestnut trees and shiitake mushrooms grown on chestnut and oak logs.
The guided visit walks through the orchard among the asturcelta pigs and includes a tasting of DOP Asturian cider, apple juice and a pinchín of gochu asturcelta chorizo. It can be adapted for groups and, in season, visitors can also see the chestnut plantation and the shiitake logs and buy seasonal produce. The area covered by the visit is flat and easy to walk.
