Finca el Ribeiro is a family-run organic farm in San Cosme, in the municipality of Cudillero (Asturias), in a valley watered by the Esqueiro river. Its main crop is Faba Asturiana IGP of the Andecha variety, dried in the farm's panera granary and its own drying shed and packed under the farm's own brand. Alongside the beans it grows Centrablue blueberries, an orchard of eating apples with varieties such as Mingán, Florina and Goldrush, and avocados.
The farm offers guided visits through its plantations, also suited to families, explaining the work behind each product. Its shop sells fabes, seasonal fruit, handmade blueberry and apple jams made from its own fruit, blueberry juice, fabas a la vinagreta (bean salad) and boxes of Asturian products.
