A Family Farm Dedicated to Organic Agriculture
Heritage and Passion for the Land
I am María Martínez, the fourth generation of a family dedicated to agriculture that began by cultivating citrus fruits, almond trees, olive trees, and vineyards. For years, we have focused on the organic and sustainable cultivation of avocados and mangoes.
My childhood was surrounded by nature. I fondly remember the summers in the countryside with my grandparents and cousins, playing among the avocado and almond trees, resting in the shade of the holm oaks. I learned to love this "way of life" by accompanying my father to the field and seeing how he cared for and nurtured the plants to obtain the best fruits.
This connection with the land led me to study Agricultural Engineering, with the goal of acquiring the necessary knowledge to develop our crops in an efficient and environmentally friendly manner. Now I am in charge of the management and sustainable agronomic development of our family farm.
Organic Agriculture and Biodiversity
Since we adopted an organic management of the farm, we have seen an increase in the presence of native animals such as chameleons, birds, amphibians, and insects. This demonstrates how our agricultural practices favor biodiversity and natural balance.
Our team is responsible for implementing the planned tasks: applying fertilization, controlling irrigation, manually controlling weeds or using livestock, and carrying out the necessary treatments to care for our trees. All of this with the aim of obtaining the highest quality organic fruit.
Connecting Rural and Metropolitan Life
We firmly believe in the quality of locally grown organic fruit, which is why we have decided to be part of the Crowdfarming family. Through this platform, we send our fruit directly from the tree to the home of each person who decides to buy it throughout Europe.
It is the most direct way to connect rural life with the metropolitan one, and to ensure that nature reaches your doorstep with just one click. We want you to enjoy our organic mangoes, avocados, and lemons, grown with all our care and respect for the environment.
