Our history dates back to 1910, when our great-grandfather, known as "El Caserín" for his work as a caretaker and his small stature, began to pass on his passion for livestock care. From generation to generation, we have preserved that love for the land and the animals, transforming a small family farm into an organic farm that now shares its traditions with visitors from around the world.
