We are a small Artisanal Cheese Dairy located in the heart of Asturias, in Vega de Poja. Our passion for high-quality cheeses has led us to create a unique experience for our customers.
Our cheeses are handcrafted, exclusive and limited, using goat, cow and sheep milk from our own livestock and other certified local producers. This careful production process allows us to obtain pieces with a firm, compact texture and vibrant colors, providing an intense and pleasurable experience on the palate.
We offer a wide variety of sizes, from 0.4 kg to 9 kg, with different maturation times, ranging from 2 to 12 months. Each cheese has a natural rind, giving them a unique and authentic appearance.
We are proud to be part of the Artisanal Cheesemakers and Natural Paradise Foods Association, an organization that recognizes and promotes the excellence of artisanal dairy products from Asturias.
