Almost a century of cheese tradition

It has been almost a century since grandparents Benjamín and Delfina, from Treviso, and Aurelio and Paca, from Sotres, began the production of this artisanal cheese. They set the purest artisanal style of this Cabraliego and Lebaniego Valley in our products.

Today, it is their grandchildren who continue the tradition at the foot of the Cuera mountain range, which is the cradle and origin of our variety of artisanal cheeses and products, always seeking the highest quality.

Located in a beautiful valley between the foothills of the Sierra del Cuera

Our cheese factory is located in a privileged natural environment, in the municipality of Llanes, surrounded by the beauty of the Picos de Europa. Here, in the Valle Oscuru, we lovingly and dedicatedly produce our exquisite artisanal cheeses.

100% natural and artisanal products

All our cheeses are made with milk from our own goat herd, adding only rennet and salt. In this way, we obtain 100% natural products, with the full flavor of authentic Asturian cheese and a lot of personality.

We invite you to visit our facilities and discover how our cheeses are handcrafted. From the milking of the goats to the final packaging, you will be able to know each of the stages of the process.

In addition, we will finish the visit with a tasting of our delicious cheeses, accompanied by a refreshing cider.
