Sidra Castañón: The Best Natural Cider
Artisanal and Sustainable Production
Our Sidra Castañón is produced in a traditional way following a meticulous process that combines the latest technical advancements with the utmost care and respect for tradition.
From the reception of the apples in the large "manzaneros", through the pressing, the fermentation in wooden tanks and barrels, to the final bottling, each stage is carried out with the greatest care to obtain a cider of exceptional quality.
Furthermore, at Sidra Castañón, we are firmly committed to sustainability, using renewable energies and making use of all the by-products of the production process.
Organoleptic Characteristics
Sidra Castañón is characterized by a pale yellow color, a fruity aroma and a fresh and balanced flavor, with a fixed acidity typical of the Asturian apple varieties used.
It is a well-structured cider with very pleasant final tannins, which make it ideal to accompany all kinds of dishes, from fish and seafood to meats and snacks.
It can be enjoyed both poured and served at the table in a very fine cider glass, thus enhancing its organoleptic characteristics.
