Ocero, a town of just 148 inhabitants, is the home of Vallelongo. At an altitude of almost 900 meters, this privileged corner offers ideal climatic conditions for the maturation of our cheeses and the production of our famous paprika. Here, amidst meadows, oaks, and chestnut trees, is our workshop, where we apply ancestral techniques to create products that captivate the senses.
